recipe command tab completes string representation of recipe objects

The bug

It looks like the /recipe command tab completes string representations of recipe objects (something like for example /ajm@41853299) instead of the acutal recipe names.

How to reproduce

1. Enter the recipe command and try to tab complete a recipe

   /recipe give @p
