Iron trapdoors stay on after breaking power source, until updated

The bug

Iron trapdoors powered by a block which is powered do not update when the block is broken.

Steps to reproduce

1. Put an iron trapdoor on a block
2. Put a redstone torch 1 block below it, so it is powered (= have a block between the trapdoor and the torch)
3. Break the block
