blocks do not break when i break them

when ever i break wood it breaks but a split second late it reappears this has happen ever since i got my new hp computer i don't know it is because it is windows 10 but i want to see if you can fix it because this is very annoying note: might not be a bug but probably is this happens in every version of minecraft except for the windows 10 version
