Oldly Duplicated (But Not Fixed)

I know that the problem is Duplicated by MC-94382 and it was confirmed But Not Fixed
Please Fix This:
(The Arabic chatting in game is excellent when game's language is Arabic but when game's language is English Arabic chatting starts from left instead of right) PLS HLP!!!
