Traditional Chinese INPUT issue 中文輸入問題

MAC users can not enter traditional Chinese with phonetic transcription.
Especially on signs.
I may be the only one who report this error.
This is not a repetitive problem.
Please try to read Chinese. I can not express my English too clearly.

mac 使用者無法用注音輸入繁體中文。
特別是在告示牌上，根本無法輸入。
這個問題根本沒有解決。
別再說這是重複問題了。
拜託解決這問題。
