Hoppers do not reliably insert water bottles into brewing stands from the side,

Hoppers are not always inserting water bottles into the side of the brewing stand. It most often inserts no bottles, but there was in an instance of it inserting only two with five available. Reloading the world solves this problem, but does not add new ones after the present ones are removed without another reload.
