Torches cause game to crash.

I found that if you place a torch and immediately after try to place a torch higher and accidentally right click the ceiling it causes the game to crash. If you place a torch then mine and then try to place torch on ceiling everything works fine. Was able to reproduce crash every time i attempted it. Attached is the log of the crash.
