All biomes are generated like deep ocean when underwater (In customized)

I excepted to...
Generate biomes at normal.
Minecraft give me...
All biomes generated as they were the Deep ocean biome.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Customize on customized
2. Set the preset Water World
3. Generate world
