Unable to load libraries for twitch servieces.

Ok so i clicked f6 to try and live stream into the service twitch. it told me "unable to load libraries" . I i really need to stream and i need help fixing this! I have windows 10 and my pc is a hp laptop! The issue is on 1.8 as i dont use 1.12 of any kind!
