Torch Crash

In my Single Player World, in snapshot 17w15a, a bug keeps crashing my game.

I did spawn in these torches with /give command.
What happens is, is that I jump and try to put the torch onto the side of a ravine. As soon as I right click the game crashes. The picture I attached is the block I keep trying to place a torch down on.
