Game crashes when opening certain GUI screens

Minecraft crashes when I try to open any of:

• Game Menu >> Statistics >> Blocks
• Game Menu >> Statistics >> Items
• Create New World >> More World Options >> World Type: Superflat >> Customize
• Debug screen with graphs
