Custom sounds.json and /playsound

Minecraft vanilla sounds works with /playsound, but custom sounds from a ressource pack not.
Perhaps the sounds.json (i checked on the Internet and on JSON Lint) changed during the 17w15a update or the playsound command is a bit buggy ? Note that the sounds worked on 17w14a.
