Lagging when the player moves

When i move my Minecraft player, i lag. But only my player lags. I'm not sure if this is just my computer or a Minecraft bug. My computer is very fast so i doubt it was my computer. Also when i'm on adventure mode it wont allow me to go a certain way. I hope this is will get fixed. Also can someone tell me where i can suggest what they can add next?
