[MC 1.5pre] Sticky piston drop when removing piston while is powered in creative mode

I was testing the 1.5pre version and while i was making some redstone work, i noticed that i just got a sticky piston when i removed it, so i did it again in another place and no drop. Then i placed it again in my redstone circuit, and it powered because it was receiving power, and when i broke it again, it droped again a piston in creative mode, which it shouldn't happen. This only happends with sticky pistons.

What I expected to happen was...:
Get no drop form the sticky piston in creative mode when i broke it.

What actually happened was...:
I just got a sticky piston drop in creative mode when breaking it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sticky piston.
2. Power that piston.
3. Remove it with left click in creative mode looking at the sticky part (it only happends in that case; if not, the sticky piston has no drop)
