Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.Decoder.Exception java.lang.NullPointerException

Every time me or my friends join the server we get this crash report.
"Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.Decoder.Exception java.lang.NullPointerException"

When reconnecting everything works. I attached the servers side of the story as well "server.PNG"
