When throwing a projectile (such as a snowball) while next to or in a minecart, the snowball will be immediately destroyed.

Problem occurs in all gamemodes, except spectator. Oddly, the snowball doesn't even touch the minecart's hitbox. This bug gets temporarily fixed when closing the world and reopening it.
