Distributed binaries for client and server are 3 times the size as before

I believe inclusion of it.unimi.dsi.fastutil library in the build is a mistake, as this library has been used in the past versions without adding it to the build, unless there is a different reason.

This makes distribution jar files 3 times the size as before (almost 30MB vs. 9MB before)

Is it because it.unimi.dsi.fastutil is not standard anymore? I am submitting it as a bug, because it might be that if got included by accident.
