Parrots do not appear dancing for other players

The parrots only dance for the player that put music.
So if i'm playing with my friend and my friend puts the music the parrots only dance for him but not for me, and if I put music they dance for me but not for my friend.

So yeah that's basically it/regards A minecraft player named juxjax
