Harvesting Duplication Glitch

While running a world from 17w13a and a new generated world in 17w13b I have seen and inconsistent Item duplication glitch after harvesting block items with both enchanted and plain tools; have not observed it yet harvesting by hand though. Duped items have included Crafting Table; Furnace; Observer Block; Chest; Colored Shulker Box with Contents; Redstone Repeater; Redstone Comparator; Bed.
Items are fully functional real items(not ghost items)
