Narrator Hotkey and Advancements Notifications

Bug 1. When Narrator Hotkey is pressed a few times (Ctrl + B) the sound "Narrator Active" and "Narrator Inactive" glitching, spamming and repeating few seconds or minutes;

Ctrl + B isn't good hotkey for Toggle Narrator. There is not option to change this hotkey;

Bug 2. Advancements (Achievements) do not show Notification when Get (Completed) in Survival Mode;
