I get extreme lag at Y=200 or higher

So I have a skybase at 1256 200 3672 and whenever I go there I get a crap ton of lag (I cant move or look at anything without it teleporting me back to that block). But when I go right under it (1256 62 3672) I'm completely fine. Can anyone tell me why this happens?
