random blocks disappearing (all missing blocks are not natural) I and double items

while i am playing some minecraft on the new snapshot i am currently mining (NOT breaking the number 1 rule) and when i come up with diamonds it looks like creepers had a party on the side of my house.

after looking at it i realized no naturally placed blocks were destroyed like in the images. i hade to go to creative just to have a not blown up(ish) house

MEANING that there were NO creepers and it was a bug.

while i am making a report while i am playing i keep getting double of what i pick up which can be a annoying problem
