loot_tables folder is not automatically created in data folder of world

The bug

When you create a world an advancements and a functions folder are created in the data folder of a world. However, this is not the case with the loot_tables folder.

Expected behavior

Either no advancements and functions folders should be created by default or better, a loot_tables folder should be created as well.
