My Minecraft keeps crashing when I try to play

The Minecraft launcher always opens but when I click on the play button the game always crashes. The game starts to load up in its own browser like normal then when I click on the browser it doesn't respond. I click on the X to close the page and when I close the application it tells me that my Minecraft has crashed.
