Server does wont let us craft because of the Advancement system

When we update our server to 17w13a it wouldn't let us craft because the advancement system won't work, it would work in single player later I moved the server world to single player and the advancement system would work, then I moved it back and it didn't work, I also reset playerdata and stats still nothing please fix this
