Music doesn't turn off (Snapshot 17w13a)

In the latest snapshot (17w13a) muting the music slider doesn't work. I put it all the way down and upon exiting the menus the music was still playing. I did have Narration (ctrl+b) on as well so that might be a variable that is causing the bug.
