Command selectors cannot find shoulder entities (parrots)

Command selectors cannot find shoulder entities.

How to reproduce

1. Summon a parrot and tame it
2. Right click to parrot to have it sit on your shoulder
3. Use a command selector

   /say @e[type=parrot]
   

   → You will notice that the parrot is not listed
