Obsidian blows up when hit with fireball (summoned with commands)

When a fireball (summoned, power 1110) was hit at obsidian, some of the obsidian was blown up, even though obsidian is a blast resistant material. Bedrock was also blown up on a power 1100000 fireball, but the game and server crashed immediately after.
