Parrots' Eye Level isn't Aligned with their Model's Eyes

The hitbox of parrots do not have their eye level aligned correctly with the eyes in the model, unlike other mobs.

To see for yourself, F3 + B to show hitboxes. The red rim of parrots is at the very top of the hitbox.
