Authentication failure We were unable to authenticate to the servers. Try to log out and sign in again

Quando eu tento entra no site minecraft.net eu não consigo logar na minha conta, pois aparece uma mensagem dizendo failure of authentication (no meu caso como sou brasileiro a mensagem é falha na autenticação ) e eu não estou conseguindo mudar minha skin no minecraft launcher e no minecraft.net. Por favor me ajude a resolver isso porque eu não achei nenhum artigo que me ajudou a resolver isso em seu site.
