Stuck in dirt or sand Location

When i Used Shovel With Efficiency at high level like III , IV or V
i Stuck In Some Blocks Locations But I Discovered That the block is Hidden
When I exited the game and got back to it i found the block where I Stuck
PLS HELP!!!
