Using a structure block, then breaking it is still leaving the borderlines

I've used a structure block to place a redstone contraption, and removed the structure block by breaking it once I had loaded the structure in, yet the white borderlines have remained. This has happened repeatedly every time I have placed this structure.
Relogging has not helped
