A bug which is able to stop server time to 0 tps but dont crashes it (VERY IMPORTANT)

This video explains everything, Im not a person who created the video, or the person who knows exact details how this bug works, but after watching this you will know everything I know.

I created a new account just to report this, I hope someone will do right thing, Im just a player who dont want his favourite server to be destroyed by this, as every server can be.
