Disturbing textures and deformed hud models

After playing for a while on singleplayer, I see spines bit by bit flashing on the crosschair and later when it gets worse, it then spreads the Main menu's buttons across the screen.

What I expected to happen was the game to act natural.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play for a while on singlePlayer
2. Youl start seeing spines appearing on the screen (at the speed of a camera light flash)
3. if it doesnt happen to you, it might be with my pc.
