MINECRAFT Do not load

The thing is that i cant start minecraft its on the mojang sign och not loading!
I cant start 1.7.10 unless is started 1.7.2 after that i can run 1.7.10 but everyone +1.7.10 cant i run!!!!! I uninstaled minecraft 10 times och java! delited all minecraft files i can find 10 time and i still cant run minecraft!!!'
FIX THIS MOJANG!!!!!
(Or microsoft becuse you are owning minecraft now!)
+ if i press setings it crash. if i press quit game it crash. if i press esc it crash!!
and it runs on 0% CPU
