Excessive glitching into blocks

When landing on tilled dirt the dirt becomes un-tilled, as usual, but I become stuck in the block. I'm able to tear myself out of the block with some shimmying, but it consistently was happening throughout my session of playing. Similarly, though not necessarily connected, I was also stuck inside of blocks that I would place in front of me or blocks that were placed above me, while jumping. I would expect this to happen a couple of times, but it happened consistently throughout my time playing. I don't have any footage, though I could see if I could get any if it's needed
