My realm world is not opening at all

I bought realms about 15 days ago and I was playing with my friend all was fine until yestrady.
Since yeterday my realm is ont opening it causes total system crash at the end of loading. I was trying to download realm on my PC but I can't start it too.

Could you please check and repair it. I have pretty nice buildings there and I am not willing to delete it and start again
