Twitch Broadcast Unavailable- Cannot Open OBS with Minecraft

Whenever I open Minecraft with OBS open, Minecraft crashes, or if I open OBS while Minecraft is open.

If I enter the "Broadcast Settings", it says "Twitch Broadcast Unavailable".

I'm not trying to stream, I'm simply trying to record. I don't even have to start a stream or recording for the problem to occur. Simply opening OBS crashes Minecraft. I've uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled, and same with Java.
