When shooting arrows at nether portal, a "ghost-arrow" can be seen for 20-30 seconds.

In 1.12 snapshot 17w06a, if arrows are shot at a nether portal, ocasionally a "ghost-arrow" if you will, will appear to be stuck into the nether portal is if it is a solid block. When this bug does ocasionally happen, the arrow still travels through the nether portal.
