Sweep attack doesn't affect entities on same team even with friendlyFire on

The bug

When using the sweep attack with the sword, entities on the same scoreboard team as the player cannot be hit with the sweep attack whether the team has friendlyFire allowed or not.

Steps to reproduce:

1. /team add foobar
2. /team modify foobar friendlyFire true
3. /summon minecraft:pig ~1 ~ ~ {NoAI:1}
4. /summon minecraft:pig ~1 ~ ~1 {NoAI:1,Team:"foobar"}
5. /team join foobar @s
6. Hit the closest summoned pig with a sword
   → The second pig won't be damaged
