White screen takes over computer once 2-3 minutes into playing Minecraft. Can't see anything, but can still hear music and whatnot playing. CTRL ALT DELETE Doesn't work either.

Computer used to BlueScreen whenever I played Minecraft about 1-2 years ago. It would be within 10 minutes of playing. I recently tried again, it doesn't blue screen but my whole screen would go white and I will still be able to hear my friends talk on Discord, or hear music or whatever. I just can't see anything on the screen.

I wouldn't think this is a hardware issue, as I've played GTA5, Dota 2 and all other games and this has never happened to me with those games. Only minecraft.

I have tried re-installing the game.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would be able to play Minecraft

What actually happened was...:
It just sends my computer into a mode where I can't use it at all. Need to restart.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Minecraft
2. Select world
3. Play for 2-3 minutes and screen will turn completely white.

Intel Core i7 2600K
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570
16GB Ram (two 4GB Kingston and two 4GB Corsair)
Gigabyte P67A-UD4-B3 Motherboard
