World disappears behind the player

Well, the attatchment talks for me.

Its happens since the 1.8 I think, nos just with me, but with all my friends.
When you are walking you can see the world just disspearing from some chunks, idk how to explain.

But it looks like a Xray, but when you came back, or look to it, everything looks right.
