java platform SE binary not answering - game crash befor star og in game

i haw updatet my video card drivers, as mindcraft suggested..
also try and turn off Avast antivirus that I'm running and the firewall is deactivated.
also logged out of the game and logged in with mail instead user name ..
i haw run mindcraft as an administrator..
i haw no mod on the game... it is clean downloaded from https://minecraft.net/nb-no/
i'm ar using the new version of mindcraft. 1.11.2
and also instald java ofline Version 8 Update 121..

And still the game crash and give me java platform SE binary not answering..

it happens when I start mindcraft launcher or i press start in Mindcraft launcher or ar playing on a server or try to make a new world in mindcraft...

when i open task management in the list i se mindcraft open and runs 2 mindcraftlauncher.exe *32
and I have to physically enter the task management to turn off game mindcraftlauncher.exe *32

so what do i haw to do now?
