When i break glass, ice and packed ice ect. My games crashes!

Please help me:
When i'm breaking glass, ice and packed ice my game crashes!
When i downloaded a texurepack my Minecraft was freezing again and again!
So i removed the texure pack from my computer: %appdata% > .minecraft > texurepacks > Delete.
So i thought: now i can play again but nope...
I was working on a skyblock island, and when i broke packed ice, glass and ice my game crashes. So i deleted minecraft 3 times. Deleted my java. nothing worked. So i asked for help on a server, but no one knew it.
I was thinking maybe there is a corrupted file in .minecraft.
HELP me.
