Solution to this Please! "Could not connect to server"

When I try to log into my account I get a note saying: "Could not connect to the server". Then a friend tried on his pc and if he entered; Then the problem is in my launcher or is it my pc or what? .How can i solve this problem? (On mojang.com lets me enter perfectly but on minecraft.net)
