1.8.9 - 1.11.2 Problems invoking the dragon a second time in upgrade of minecraft world.

What I expected to happen was...

I updated my world from version 1.8.9 to version 1.11.2.
The dragon had to be invoked by placing the crystals in the portal.

What actually happened was...:

The dragon was not invoked when placing the crystals in the portal.

Steps to Reproduce:

The dragon was not invoked when placing the crystals in the portal.
When using gamemode1 and destroying the portal, a glass is placed in the portal and it explodes. The second portal will appear, but doing this in survival, destroy the portal is impossible ¿No?
