Duplicating Crops

The Bug I'm having is duplication of crops, when ever i hold down a crop for about 30sec-1 min it duplicates. I think that this is cheaty as you could afk for hours on servers and just get free food. I have made a screenshot of how the concept looks like from a angle where every block is visable.

To reproduce this bug you have to make the device above and using the " crop break when light level < 1" addition, you can place crops which get broken after 1 game tick.

I believe that this happens because when you place a crop it breaks it after 1 tick, resulting in duplication if you do it in a specific tick. I also left the F3 screen on in case the direction Matters. And also i dont know if the blocks surrounding it matter either. I used 1 observer and 3 dispensers with redstone connecting them. The dispensers had bone meal in but the redstone was powerd, resulting in the dispensers not firing.
