A 'crash' in the launcher

When i press the play button in the launcher, the laucher will disapear, but then after a few seconds it will come back and tell: sorry, but the game has crased, try it later.... Its now like this for 3 weaks.

What I expected to happen was...
To load the game so i can play the game.

What actually happened was...:
It crashed and i cant play it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I press the playbutton in the launcher.
2. I wil load the game, but not show it on the screen
3. The launcher come back and tell that there is a bug / crash
