Glass Breaking Adventure Mode, than look to another block still looks a bit broken

Well iam using mods, but thatdoesnt make sense, if i break glass and than look to another block it still looks broken, also with ice glowstone and redstonelamps

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to adventure mode.
2. Start breaking glass without finishing or releasing your mouse and move it to another block.
