[MC-113904] Java(TM) Platform SE binary is not responding / Java(TM) SE Binary has stopped working

After clicking Play, the Mojang screen appears but won't go on. It says Not Responding.
I have to force to quit by the red cross,
Then it says: Java(TM) Platform SE binary is not responding.

I choose: Quit the programm, than the launcher comes back and sais: Gamecrash.

My son is very sad that it won't work at his computer. With the same account at another computer it works fine.
